Refund and Returns Policy

In accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the products that are made PERSONAL by making special measured printing.

Return and Exchange Right:
You have the right to change and return the products you have purchased from our site within the framework of the following criteria or in cases where the products are not opened, unconditionally, within 14 days from the product delivery date.

– In case of manufacturing defect in the products
– In case of making a different size from the size you gave (for special prints)
– In case of a different product from the product you ordered,
– In case of any damage caused by the cargo (Damage determination report must be prepared, otherwise no return or exchange is accepted)

If you have at least one of the above criteria, you must submit your return and exchange request from the support section on our site. Refunds for approved requests are made within 1-7 business days.
